The heatmap shows percentages of matches of positive and negative results in the samples regarding a set of 13 antibiotics. Phenotype: phenotypic resistance but no genotypic resistance; Genotype: genotypic resistance but no phenotypic resistance; Match: both methods in agreement (resistance or no resistance); Missing: no phenotypic test.
