In vitro antibacterial efficacy of CAP. Matriderm® scaffolds inoculated with approximately 105 CFU PAO1 for 30 min were exposed to CAP for 1–4 min. Results are expressed as the number of surviving bacteria in log10 (CFU/mL) versus the exposure period to CAP. Data represent the means of at least three independent experiments performed in duplicate.
