Brain magnetic resonance imaging before and after anti-Toxoplasma gondii therapy. At admission, brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed multiple brain abnormalities (a T2-FLARE imaging) with enhancement (b contrast-enhanced MRI). After treated as toxoplasmosis encephalitis for 11 days, a following-up brain MRI showed significant improvement of brain lesions(c T2-FLARE imaging; d contrast-enhanced MRI)
