Effect of laser treatments on C. albicans. Effects of UVA1 light on formation (a) and maintenance (b) of C. albicans biofilm. Candida cells were exposed to the laser beam immediately after seeding in multiwell plates. The cultures were incubated for 48 h at 37 °C and then XTT assay and CV staining assay were carried out (a).
