Influence of the NPT and BPT compounds on suppression of resuscitation of the dormant M. tuberculosis cells. Resuscitation process was evaluated by standard MPN assay (for details see the “Methods”). The compounds were tested at the concentration of 25 µM in three replicates. Plates were incubated for 40–60 days without shaking at 37 °C.
