Plates were treated with 5 μl of undiluted Octodrine after spreading of 200 μl of liquid Candida (25 × 106 cells) or bacterial cultures (600 × 106 cells) on 10 cm petri dish and left to incubate overnight in either 37 °C for C. albicans and E. coli or in 30 °C for B. cereus.
